Effective July 3, 2026
By downloading or using LoopCount (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. The App is provided by Suman Basuli ("we", "us") and distributed through the Apple App Store, so Apple's standard EULA also applies.
LoopCount is a personal counting tool. You may use it for any lawful personal purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law or by Apple's terms.
Your counters and history are stored on your device and remain yours. We don't have access to them. You are responsible for maintaining device backups; we are not liable for data lost due to device failure, deletion of the App, or restored backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
We may update the App or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
